I live in a RV in Oliver. My hot water heater was leaking and making an awful mess. I left messages at several businesses for someone to come and fix the problem...not one even called me back. Finally I found Superior...and I'm so glad I did. Within 15 minutes a young man by the name of Edward came to my door. He worked diligently and knowledgeably at the heater and I was so impressed by his courtesy and manners. He installed a new water heater and even cleaned up the mess afterwards. I certainly recommend this business.

After contacting the company due to a frozen well pump through a cold snap leaving me out of water, employee Edward showed up quickly and helped fixing the issues as quick as possible. While it was a couple day process of thawing and then fixing the pump and getting it back running, he kept checking in making sure things go as planned and kept updated on what's going on.

Wow! I am thrilled with the service provided to me by Superior Trades. Ben has helped me out in many emergencies. My hot water tank gave up and he immediately came and installed a new one. I recently had Superior Trades come to my house to install a new hot water tank.   The job was done quickly, quietly and with no mess!  While they were here, I mentioned something about my kitchen sink and Ben was back later, after his other calls, to try and fix it.   He went to great lengths to fix it.  Unfortunately, to finish the job, the problem had something to do with outside drainage.    He called in Wilf to help.  We couldn't get the lid off that tank for years.   We tried tripods, crowbars, and ratchets.  Wilf had it off all by himself!!!!  He said, "Where's there's a Will, there's a way!!" Lol  The problem is fixed now and everything runs smoothly!  I will certainly call them if I need any plumbing or electrical work!   Thank you Superior Trades!!
